We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We just needed an overnight stop near Gare De Lyon and booked Citizen M because of the location and price. It's a very modern, cool hotel - pitched at a market much younger than me. The outstanding thing about it is the level of thought and design that has gone into every tiny aspect of the guest's experience, from the check in process to the excellent breakfast. Our room was tiny but really cleverly designed. All the staff were friendly and efficient.

The location was excellent being so close to Gare de Lyon. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The ambience was enhanced by the artwork giving a very pleasant feeling. The use of technology in managing all activities in the room was an eye-opener.

The location was good. The staff enhances the whole experience. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Maddie was fantastic in her help in navigating the process of getting tickets to a venue we really wanted to get to. She,as well as all the staff while we were there, were great in helping us navigate the metro to where we wanted to go. We got handwritten notes about sites, restaurants and cafes- and printouts of routes, maps etc if we needed. The staff in the rooftop bar were so friendly and hardworking. Camilla and Emilia? Or Elise? Anyway- it’s enjoyable to be served by people who seem to like what they do. We absolutely loved sunset in the bar and it became our routine to head up there for a margarita pizza and cocktail. It was a great way to unwind and enjoy a great evening meal.

I like the layout of the room and the large bed snuggled in at the window. It’s very comfortable with very good pillows. I like the iPad controls too to alter lights etc. The views are really good. Staff are very helpful from the bar at floor 16 to breakfast and reception ….all very friendly and saying hello when they recognise you . Overall the hotel is very quiet and I got great sleeps each night and I enjoyed the nice fresh coffee and good choice at breakfast which is not too expensive.

While everything was Parisian small, everything in community spaces was very well appointed. The coworker space was amazing. The lounge was comfortable even the public restrooms were clean and comfortable. The room had exactly everything you need for a couple to spend three days without housekeeping. We were very comfortable despite the initial shock of how compact the room was. Staff was incredibly helpful on multiple occasions. They make that place great!

The hotel is quiet and tucked away from the bustle of Paris. Bastille is easily accessible by the highline walkway. The small kitchen is nice for when you don't feel ike going out in the evening. Bathroom is nice with good water pressure. Very comfortable bed.

The location is excellent. So close to everything including RER station. Nice shower. Quiet room. The staff make this hotel amazing. Each staff member we interacted with were calm and friendly and very effective. The bar on floor 16 was lovely. Excellent coffee and tea. Great common workspaces. Very close to Accor Arena for concerts and events.

We picked the hotel for our last night in Paris after getting off the train at gare de Lyon. We could not have chosen a better hotel. Lovely design, super comfy bed with automatic room darkener. We were on the 15th floor with a fantastic view, could see the Notre Dame and the eiffel tower. I stayed with my daughter and we had a nice dinner, walked across the bridge which was just near the hotel. Great rooftop bar too with stunning views.

It was great to experience the Citizen experience. We hadn’t known about them before. So well appointed. Staff were charming and welcoming. The extra touches, eg hairdryer in red bag, books on shelf were great touches. Out of 7 hotels we stayed in CitizenM was the only one which had conditioner. The toiletries were excellent. A great room so well designed. Breakfast was best yet.

I love everything about this hotel. From the moment you step through the doors, it just feels so easy and unstressful. I just feel so sad I didn't know about it before this year. I regularly go through France for the Eurostar connection to London and have just recently discovered this wonderful hotel. It's location is perfect, next door to Gare de Lyon . The use of ipad in the room is wonderful. You can control the lights, alarm, tv, pretty much everything from there. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is perfect. The room was spotlessly clean. This is a great place to stay to visit Paris. Staff are unbelievably friendly.
